I feel isolated from my network
Our network is built on the principle of ‘community’, so we encourage all of our Partners to get involved with our adviser groups, regional events and fundraising activity.
When you join us, you will be given a dedicated contact who will be your first port of call throughout the recruitment process. At the same time, you will be introduced to a sales management contact who will be there to support you and your business on a day-to-day basis. Each contact is only ever a phone call away.
There are regular training and development events that will allow you to not only develop your knowledge and learn new skills, but network with your peers and share best practice too.
You can join one of our many adviser-led ‘Peer Groups’, which meet regularly across the UK to discuss common issues and concerns, hear from guest speakers, socialise and share ideas. These Peer Groups, which usually comprise 10-15 Partners and Advisers, are all represented on the Partnership Council – an adviser body that meets quarterly with our Senior Management Team. If there isn’t a Peer Group in your area, you can even set up your own group!
We also place huge importance on doing good for others through our charitable arm, The Openwork Foundation, often coming together to fundraise collectively at events like our annual overseas cycle challenge.
With Openwork, there’s no need to feel isolated.
