Our network is built on the principle of ‘community’, where everyone plays an important role and is recognised for the important contribution they make.

This ‘individual first’ approach begins as soon as you join us, when you will be given a dedicated contact as your first port of call throughout the recruitment process. We’ll tailor your induction to meet your specific needs, and will be on hand in the months and years that follow – if needed - to help you plan a path to greater professional success.

We take the time to recognise our individual achievers too. So if you’ve gone above and beyond to help your peers, clients, or perhaps even those less fortunate, we’ll make sure people know about it!

We also think your opinion matters, which is why we consult advisers on everything from proposition development and IT improvements, to our overall strategic direction.

More than 20 adviser-led ‘Peer Groups’ meet regularly across the UK to discuss common issues and concerns, hear from guest speakers, socialise and share ideas. These Peer Groups, which usually comprise 10-15 advisers, are all represented on the Partnership Council – an adviser body that meets quarterly with our Senior Management Team.
