We’ve just launched a new structured training programme to help more of our advisers reach Chartered Financial Planner status.
The ‘Route to Chartered Status’ programme will provide Principals, Advisers, Paraplanners and other practice staff with flexible, tutor-led support as they seek to become Chartered.
The programme will initially deliver face-to-face support at our headquarters in Swindon, and will enable advisers to study at their own pace. Each AF (advanced) study module will be delivered over three days - rather than the standard two - with participant numbers capped at 12 per module to create the most effective learning environment.
Advisers who already hold AF qualifications can join the programme to acquire the additional points they require to achieve Chartered status. Subject to demand, we will seek to deliver the face-to-face courses at a number of locations around the country.
The launch of this new programme forms part of our ongoing drive to provide industry-leading training services to Openwork members. This includes our recently-launched graduate training academy, which helps Openwork member firms build succession planning into their practices.
